BOOKING POLICY
All services booked require a card to be kept on file and a $75 retainer fee is required to secure your appointment. Fees are collected at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Custom color and haircut appointments that are cancelled or tried to be rescheduled within 48 hours notice prior to the start of the service will result in covering 50% of the appointment cost.
Cancelling an appointment without notice, client will be required to cover 100% of the appointment cost.
Also, please be aware that if you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply if you need to reschedule.

I accept credit and debit cards, Zellé, Apple Pay and cash.
REDOS & REFUNDS
I understand I may not be the stylist for everyone. However, when it comes to redos, I am willing to make minor tweaks to your hair as long as it is still within what we discussed durning your consultation.
If the desired look is different than your initial consultation with me, you will be charged as a new appointment.
I do not offer refunds for any service or retainer fee.
